The City of Hammond, Indiana, is moving forward with plans to replace Reaper’s Realm haunted house with a riverfront development. During a recent city council meeting, the family that owns Reapers Realm, said the property loss would “devastate” his family financially. Despite his statement, the council approved an ordinance with a 6-2 vote.
